Lyrics

I love writing lyrics almost as much as I love writing music. Although I seem to never run out of musical ideas, lyrics are a different thing altogether. Sometimes I languish in constant defeat as I struggle to get something out. But sometimes it really does flow down on the page – almost all at once.

Once in a while I land on something that resonates with people. It’s nice to have your lyrics quoted as in the case of “Watch Sylvia Ride”, when I travel writer grabbed a line out of the lyric to headline their article on the Yukon.
