ColdSpell: How We Winter!

March 6, 2012 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We’ve been working on an exciting new show and its fast-approaching! Presented within the Cultural Festival of the Arctic Winter Games, join us for ColdSpell: How We Winter!

ColdSpell: How We Winter
Tuesday, March 6th at 8pm at the Yukon Arts Centre
A warm cabaret of music and comedy featuring local favourites and exciting outside talent.
Original songs, comic confessions, woodsmoke, mukluks, and cabin fever.

Special musical guests Cris Derksen (skilled and magical cellist), Kathryn Calder (of the New Pornographers) and Tim Jeffery (master of dobro and all things twang) will be joining our fabulous local band (Dave Haddock, Ryan McNally, and Lonnie Powell) to weave together a wide variety of artists gracing the stage. This fabulous line-up will present ways to get through the winter, featuring comedy by Roy Ness, puppetry by Brian Fidler, film by Moira Sauer, aerial acrobatics by special guest Jen Georgopoulous of Zero Gravity Circus, and the unique and reliably entertaining Claire Ness will be your host for the evening!
