Frantic Follies Vaudeville Revue Dress Rehearsal

As the Follies prepares for its 42nd season, we are having a free dress rehearsal for the public.

Where: Frantic Follies Theatre (Westmark Whitehorse Hotel)
When: May 18, 2011 (Wed. Evening)
Time: 7:00 p.m. (Doors will open about 6:45 p.m.)
Duration: 1 hr 36 min and 25 seconds…………approximately

Note: Despite many circulating rumours that this will be our last year, or that we aren’t opening this year…..etc.etc.etc. we are happy to announce that we have negotiated an agreement for next year and will be around for next year (and unless tourism in the Yukon completely collapses) for many years to come.

For those who don’t know about the Frantic Follies Vaudeville Revue:
• We are the one of the oldest running professional theatre companies in the country (42 years and still kicking)
• We’ve had well over a million people in our theatre since we opened.
• We’ve never had a cent of government funding and have maintained entirely on ticket sales (primarily to visiting tourists from around the world)
• We were featured in “Archie Comics” when Veronica and Betty accidentally stumble onto the stage of the Frantic Follies while visiting the Yukon.
• Recipients of the Canadian Heritage Award
• We were the ten thousand dollar bonus question on Jeopardy
